What is your vaccination policy to attend IHIF 2021?
All attendees, sponsors, speakers, and Questex staff must be fully vaccinated at least 15 days prior to attending IHIF 2021 (by 17 August 2021). Only European Medicines Agency (EMA) approved vaccinations will be accepted. Per EU regulations, if you have received 1 dose of an approved vaccine and have since had Covid-19 and recovered, you may also attend IHIF with proof of a vaccination and recovery. An EU COVID Certificate of recovery may also be provided in order to attend, but negative test results will not be accepted.

What are the approved Covid-19 vaccines?
AstraZeneca, BioNTech-Pfizer, Moderna (2 doses) & Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose).

How do I show proof of vaccination?
You need to provide official proof of vaccination and ID. This must include the personal data of the vaccinated person (first name, surname, and date of birth or the number of a valid passport or other official photo ID the person carries and must present on request), date of vaccination, number of vaccinations, vaccine name, name of the disease vaccinated against, distinguishing marks that indicate which person or institution is responsible for performing the vaccination or issuing the certificate, such as an official emblem or the issuer’s name.
Proof of full vaccination must be provided in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish. Proof in written or digital form is accepted but photographs of written proof are not considered proof in digital form. Proof in digital form should have been issued in digital form by the authorised issuer and transmitted in digital form to the authorised recipient. Anyone found not to have official proof of vaccination matching their ID will be asked to leave the event.

I’m concerned about data protection regarding my personal health information. How do you store the information about my proof of vaccination?
By submitting this form you are agreeing to the sharing of this information with the public health authorities to comply with the requirements of German government measures. Information will only be collected by Questex’s relevant partners and shared with public health authorities and/or venues in the case of justified need. For further information please view our full policy here
