Marriott International has signed an agreement with Gulf Islamic Investments (GII) to introduce The Lucan, Autograph Collection Residences in London.
The move will be the first standalone Autograph Collection Residences anywhere in the world.
The project is set to include 31 homes in a redeveloped property located within the Chelsea neighbourhood of London. The first residents are expected to move in in 2024.
Marriott has nearly 225 total open and pipeline residential projects across 42 countries and territories. The 16-brand portfolio is expected to grow by approximately 60% by 2025.
The Lucan, Autograph Collection Residences is very-much aimed at the super rich with features like a 24-hour valet service with underground garage parking. Residents will also have access to an in-house concierge team with opportunities for private dining, parties and events, and personal shopping.
