Accor signs Novotel in Liverpool

Accor has signed a franchise agreement with Liverpool City Council for a 221-room Novotel hotel in Paddington Village, Liverpool.

The hotel, which was due t be completed in the second quarter of 2022, will be managed by Legacy Hotels & Resorts.

Situated in a prime central location, the Novotel hotel will be part of Paddington Village, a £1bn expansion site in the city’s Knowledge Quarter. The development is central to the local authority’s vision to cement the area as an international destination of significance for the life-science, healthcare and technology industries.
