Laura Brinkmann, VP Private Equity at Brookfield Asset management, sat down with Alexi Khajavi to talk about asset managing through the crisis and the strength of their various asset classes. Student housing in particular has been a robust sector in the past, lean in for Brinkmann's view on this. 

Brinkmann discusses how they applied their learnings of the global financial crisis meaning they were well capitalised going into this crisis with relatively low leverage.
