Netherlands-based Cycas Hospitality has signed three new hotel management agreements in the United Kingdom and Belgium.
The first property deal is with Eastern & Oriental (E&O) to manage its firstEuropean serviced apartment property, while Cycas has also taken over the management of Qbic Brussels and Qbic Manchester, which opens May 2021.
“Given E&O’s reputation for providing exclusive developments for discerning travellers, we are delighted to be working together to help bring their distinctive style to Europe,” Asli Kutlucan, chief development officer at Cycas Hospitality, said.
“With Cycas’s experience of successfully introducing both extended-stay and lifestyle brands to new markets, we’re excited about the opportunities to drive leisure and corporate business across three dynamic destinations.”
The hotel management company was founded in 2008 and partners with major hotel groups including IHG, Hyatt and Marriott.
