Portuguese company Endutex is expanding its hospitality footprint with a new Moov hotel planned for the city of Lisbon.
The 180-room property in the Parque das Nações will open in 2022, according to Aura Real Estate Experts. The brand already has a property in the greater Lisbon area as well as three others in Portugal, one in Curitiba Brazil and another scheduled for Porto Alegre.
The project represents an investment of around a €10 million.
Parent company Endutex Group is best known for its textile business but has been growing its hospitality business in recent years and has further plans for expansion.
“We have several projects in our portfolio for this segment, not only with the opening of new hotels but mainly in the introduction of new accommodation concepts, which will be announced soon. Our clients are varied, so it is imperative to rethink strategies, improve concepts and prepare for the future of hospitality,” André Ferreira, general manager at Endutex, told Aura.
