Good news this week as Europe is easing travel restrictions. This can only be a good thing for travel and tourism, especially the hospitality industry.
Andew Harrington, Co-Founder and Partner at AHV Associates, a boutique investment bank focused on advising private companies across a range of M&A and advisory assignments, joins us this week to discuss the state of hospitality investment. AHV have just released their research report “So what happens now” which dives into the hotel investment industry.
"Hospitality is bouncing back even quicker than optimists like me were thinking…. the pessimism around business meetings is massively overdone.” said Harrington.
The structure of the capital market has changed dramatically over the years paving the way for alternative lenders to take the place of traditional lenders and for more niche investors to come into the market.
