Hyatt Hotels Corporation has signed a management agreement with Anolia Holdings for the first Hyatt hotel in Cyprus.
The 300-room Grand Hyatt Limassol is expected to open in 2025.
The new-build beachfront resort will feature a spa and fitness facilities as well as an indoor pool and two outdoor pools and five food and beverage outlook. It will also be a component of Zaria Resort, a mixed-use luxury development, comprised of residential apartments and private villas.
