JLL boosts French hotel finance team

JLL has appointed Laura Ben-Ibgui as head of France hotels transactions for its EMEA hotels capital markets.

Ben-Ibgui  joins JLL from Redman Hospitality, and previously worked at Paris Inn Group where she was head of development. 

“We look forward to welcoming Laura to our strong team. We continue to appoint talented individuals to give us the tools to better client coverage. We have a strong reputation in France and I’m confident that Laura will lead to team to more successes,” Patrick Saade, senior managing director EMEA hotels capital markets, at JLL, said.

JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group has completed transactions totalling $83 billion worldwide, and across EMEA, it advised on €13.4 billion of hotel sales over the same period.
