Oberoi residences for London

Cain International has signed an agreement with Oberoi to operate 23 serviced residences in London’s Mayfair.

The deal marked Oberoi Group’s debut in Europe, with the residences due for completion next year.
 

Cain International has been building a portfolio of luxury hospitality investments and loans across its target markets of the UK, Europe and the US, with partners including Six Senses,Waldorf Astoria, Hilton, Raffles Hotel & Residences, Aman Hotel & Residences, Rosewood Hotels and Soho House.
