Perial Asset Management has acquired two hotels from Ax Promotion for over €22m.
The hotels are both on fixed 12-year leases: the B&B Hôtel Saint-Denis Porte de Paris and the B&B Hôtel Paris Meudon Vélizy.
Stéphane Collange, investment director at Perial Asset Management, said: “This acquisition is perfectly in line with SCPI PFO's diversification strategy through alternative assets with a first-rate counterparty. We have favoured the most resilient economic segment in the current context, oriented more towards domestic customers.
"The long firm term of operating leases also provides long-term visibility on the potential rental income of SCPI PFO."
