Stoneweg has reportedly closed on a deal to by the Hotel Mimic in Barcelona for €20 million, according to Expansión.
The seller is reportedly the Riera de Sant Miquel company, which is made up of a number of family offices and institutional investors.
The hotel has 92 rooms and opened in 2010.
