U.S. weekly hotel occupancy reached its highest level since late October, according to STR's latest data through 20th February.
For the week of 14-20 February, occupancy dropped 23.8 percent to 48.1 percent compared to the same week in 2020, while average daily rate dropped 22.1 percent to $101.57. Revenue per available room reached $48.82, down 40.6 percent year over year.
