Travelodge appoints new senior executive

Budget hotel chain Travelodge has named Claire Good as its new chief operating officer.

Good has held the job on an interim basis since January, having joined the company in 2016 as head of central operations. She will continue to report directly to Travelodge CEO, Craig Bonnar.

Prior to joining the group, Good led a number of customer and commercial transformation programmes at Heathrow Airport Holdings and before that she worked for the mobile operator, EE.

“Claire has a wealth of operational experience across many customer-facing businesses and I have had the pleasure of working closely with her at Travelodge over the last few years,” Bonnar said.

“During this time, I have been deeply impressed by her leadership skills, industry knowledge and extensive customer experience, which has had a strong positive impact on our Operations function, helping maximise efficiency and productivity.”
