Vonder branches out from co-living into hotels

Co-living operator Vonder is branching out into the hospitality sector with the launch of two hotels in London.

The two properties, one in Earls Court, the other in Paddington will launch later this year, the former in May and the latter in June. The projects are in addition to Vonder’s residential sites already in London.

Vonder is aiming to offer what it calls a “social hotel experience” across the 95 rooms, targeting those travelling for business, study or leisure over short or long-term periods.

“Hotels have evolved in recent years, and we have recognised a gap in the market where people are wanting to book for extended stays but not commit to long-term rental contracts,” Tomer Bercoviz, CEO of Vonder, said.

“There is an opportunity for our hotels to provide a comfortable and safe temporary home for guests wanting to stay in London for longer periods of time, with access to great amenities and a diverse global community.”
