Mr. Alejandro Reynal is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Apple Leisure Group (ALG), a leading global leisure travel and hospitality group, serving customers and destinations worldwide. In his tenure with the group, Mr. Reynal has worked extensively to align the mission, vision and values across all ALG subsidiary companies, guided by a sense of corporate social responsibility that reaffirms his commitment to the communities where the group is present and does business. Short after his appointment as CEO, Reynal led the creation and implementation of a strategic plan to define corporate and business priorities, and to reorganize the corporate structure with the objective of optimizing operations and effectively integrating the Americas and Europe teams. The latter becomes more relevant considering that AMResorts closed 2020 with an inventory expansion of 85%, becoming the fourth largest hotel chain per total room count.
Prior to joining ALG in 2019, Mr. Reynal led international business transformation initiatives in developed (United States and Europe) and emerging markets (Latin America) as CEO and Board Member of Atento in Miami, Madrid, and San Paolo. In this role, Mr. Reynal created new growth opportunities for a global business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions provider for Fortune 200 companies, operating in 14 countries on 3 continents, employing over 150,000 people and generating revenues in excess of $2 billion annually.
