Camil Yazbeck leads the development of Accor’s diversified brand portfolio throughout Northern Europe, reinforcing Accor’s #1 position by increasing development across Europe.

Northern Europe is one of Accor’s largest regions, comprising 1,100 hotels and 156,000 rooms located in more than 30 countries across UK&I, Benelux, Nordics, DACH, Russia & CIS and Eastern Europe. Northern Europe is a high potential region for Accor, boasting a pipeline of over 250 hotels and 38,000 rooms with continuous growth driven by key existing and emerging markets.

Prior to joining Accor, Camil was Partner and Investment Director – Hospitality & Leisure at Patron Capital, a leading Pan-European private equity real estate investor representing approximately €4.0 billion of equity across several funds and related investments including 60+ hotels throughout Europe, where he led all aspects of origination, acquisition, underwriting, execution and asset management of Hospitality related investments for seven years.

Before joining Patron, Camil spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, focusing on all levels of hotel management in a variety of roles around the world and held several senior leadership positions with international hotel companies.

Camil joined Accor in 2020 leading a team committed to driving the business in Europe through both organic growth and acquisitions. Accor has an unrivalled portfolio of brands from luxury to economy, and 50 years’ experience as a leading operator and hospitality provider. Beyond accommodations, Accor has a proposition and brand portfolio for guests to live, work and play, with development opportunities with Food & Beverage, nightlife, wellbeing, and co-working brands in addition to short, long and residential accommodation propositions

Camil is French and Lebanese. He earned his MBA in International Hotel Management from IMHI – a joint programme between Cornell University, Ithaca, and ESSEC business school, Paris
