Daniel Johansson is the Director of Development and Acquisitions of serviced apartment operator Cheval Collection, based in London at the group office.
Daniel’s primary responsibilities are to set the global expansion strategy and to grow the portfolio across its three defined brands through management agreements as well as acquisitions. He has more than 20+ years of international exposure and experience in luxury hotel and branded residential developments including the UK, Europe, USA, Caribbean and the Middle East.
Daniel was born and grew up in Sweden and subsequently lived in Spain, followed by hotel management studies in Switzerland, which was the springboard to his career in hospitality.
