Kenneth recently joined CBRE to lead the Hotels team across EMEA, co-ordinating for the benefit of clients the strength of deep, local-market expertise with CBRE’s global capital markets practice, as well as the pan-European valuation and advisory specialists.  Kenneth joined CBRE from Belmond where he was head of global development and the group’s general counsel, leading both development and legal functions across a 46-asset global portfolio that included hotels, trains and cruises, with 2019 revenue of approximately $600m.  Previously, as SVP Corporate Transactions Group at Hyatt International Kenneth held responsibility for portfolio asset management transactions for Hyatt across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.  Kenneth started his career as a lawyer, with public and private M&A experience in New York and Europe, and subsequently led the launch of the European operations of the Chambers No. 1-ranked hospitality-law practice at Sonnenschein, now Dentons.  Kenneth holds an LL.B. from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from each of Columbia Business School and London Business School.
