The hotel management start-up with 30 years of industry experience Roxa Hospitality is the hotel management company part of the Roxa Group, a company with great trajectory and business solvency. The hotel business division of the Majorcan group has been operating for the last thirty years under the name of the Blau Hotels & Resorts, holiday hotel chain. Now, they are setting them apart in order to embrace the company’s new expansion plan. Roxa’s essence puts together the valuable experience in the hospitality industry with the flexibility of a start-up, brought by the new board of directors.
Roxa Hospitality offers a flexible management model, adaptable to the needs of owners, investment funds, and REITs. The model has four main blocks of action: distribution, IT, branding
and the core business, which includes operations, reputation management and human resources, among other services. The goal is to provide each owner the value they seek without having to commit further.
Currently, Roxa Hospitality is studying projects of all natures, for renting, managing and even franchising, with any (or none) of the brands in its architecture. A new brand architecture developed from market needs. It includes the internationally known Blau Hotels for Holidays, holiday hotel brand that experienced a rebranding this year, including a new logo, new website and new name (before Blau Hotels & Resorts). There are also two new differential brands which will be launched early 2020, both urban / holiday hybrids.
Ultimately, Roxa Hospitality is a hotel management company with three own brands and multiple management models. All while maintaining a solvent personal tradition oriented towards results. It welcomes new projects starting from scratch, light re-brandings and takeovers, always with low cash exposure in the transition.
