Susan brings more than 20 years of operational experience to RBH and, in her 9 years at RBH, has been instrumental in ensuring the success of the business across operations, commercial activity and people management – areas in which she holds extensive, unrivalled industry experience.
With 2,000 employees under her management, Susan leads from the front, with an infectious desire to see others succeed, deliver exceptional service across RBH's portfolio and ensure the profitability and sustainability of the business is a key focus through developing and leading a challenging, innovative and caring culture.
As well as proving to be an exceptional leader within RBH, Susan has also flourished in the role of Chair of the Hospitality Employers’ Group (HEG), which is made up of some of the industry’s biggest global players and works alongside industry bodies to attract new talent to the hospitality sector.
Within her role, her priority is delivering operational excellence and outstanding returns for hotel owners, as well as upholding RBH’s core values and retaining a focus on the people at the very heart of RBH.
