Algarve Hospitality School

The Algarve Hotel and Tourism School was created in 1967 with a view to improving the qualification levels of the population employed in the Algarve's hotels, restaurants and tourism.

The Algarve Hotel and Tourism School will be providing students to support the operations of the event as well as the catering and bar service for the Welcome Reception, including live cooking stations serving:

  • Barley, Octopus, portuguese sausage and spicy pear with port wine
  • Smashed bread with cabbage and Pork Cheakpea stuffed in red wine
  • Local pastry specialities

And cocktails including:

  • Algarve Punch - Portuguese Vodka, bitter almond liqueur and lemon juice
  • Blue Sea - Portuguese Gin, passion fruit liqueur, blue curaçau, lemon juice and edible flowers
  • Oporto No. 5 - Graham`s Blend Nº5 White Port, Portuguese lemon liqueur, dry Portuguese sparkling white wine and fresh melissa leaves.
