A Questex Commitment.

Together we can create a safe space where business can flourish.

Your health and safety—and ours—are important! With 100+ in-person events globally, Questex is monitoring data daily and incorporating Public Health England and WHO guidelines on vaccines, testing and protocols to achieve the best safety results.

We are taking every step to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all attendees and staff, and this is why we will only be running the event provided the Government announcement on 14th June confirms that the UK will be in step 4 of the roadmap out of lockdown. However, we will also be implementing a detailed health and safety plan in line with UK Government guidelines and we will continue to monitor the best ways to stay safe which may result in adjustments to this plan.

Getting you back to business…safely. It happens here.

Big Ideas

Room For Big Ideas

In accordance with government guidance and local mandates, our events will follow new standards for crowd density and social distancing. This is conscientious event planning that provides room for you to think big.

All attendees will be advised to maintain the physical distancing measures in line with the prevailing advice and we will be implementing a reduced-contact policy.

Crowd monitoring technology is being investigated to ensure venue and room capacities are adhered to

Floor plans have been designed to accommodate wider gangways and space between each stand

Plenary content will be streamed to overflow rooms and to mobile and desktop devices (via the AHC networking and event platform)

Rapid Response Team

Rapid Response Team

Questex is being hyper-vigilant when it comes to safety. We’re monitoring data daily by region and venue and incorporating Public Health England and WHO guidelines to ensure we have the right resources and processes in place.

Rowan Scahill is the AHC's Rapid Response Team leader and is supported by on-site staff and partners.

We will follow approved health authority guidance on screening participants. This may include temperature checks and Public Health England approved Covid-19 screening and may include rapid testing.

We have aligned with local departments on processes for best safety protocols and are prepared to act quickly if an individual is feeling sick or showing symptoms of illness.

A certified health and safety consultant will be employed to offer advice on detailed health & safety procedures, risk assessments, response plans & to monitor all suppliers & exhibitors to ensure a complete COVID-19 compliant event.
