Meliá taps Logitravel to power enhanced loyalty distribution offering

Meliá Hotels International has inked a deal with Spanish OTA Logitravel to expand distribution via its loyalty programme.

MeliáRewards members will now be able to purchase hotel plus flight packages. 

The new offering known as Meliá Escapes will also include the option to add car rental, transfers, excursions, park attractions and theatre entry tickets.

The initial launch will see the product available in nine countries: Spain, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Mexico, Canada and the United States. Expansion into more markets is expected to follow.
