Boutique apartment operator Numa Group has expanded into France with the addition of a new property in Paris.

The former hotel, which has 40 units and 78 beds, is situated between the Canal Saint-Martin and the Parc des Buttes Chaumont.

Following the move into the French capital, Numa is now active in ten European countries and 27 major European cities with more than 4,500 units.

Numa's managed portfolio has now increased to over €1.5 billion. The company works with real estate partners including  LaSalle Investment Management, Patrizia, Soravia, Signa, C&P, Carucel, Ort Group, and 777 Capital Partners.
