PPHE partners with Radisson to expand reach of Art'otel brand

Radisson is adding PPHE’s premium lifestyle hotel brand Art’otel into its portfolio.

The inclusion marks both companies’ aspirations to accelerate the global growth of the Art’otel brand, building on PPHE’s properties and development pipeline alongside Radisson’s technology and distribution platforms, reward programmes, scale and growth aspirations.

PPHE recently opened Art’otel London Battersea Power Station and has three projects in the pipeline - in London Hoxton, Rome and Zagreb.

Why it matters

This partnership is set to catalyse Art'otel's global growth and the expansion of the Art’otel brand to more locations (London Hoxton, Rome, and Zagreb) demonstrates the brand's potential for international market penetration. This news comes after PPHE in April said it expects to deliver annual revenue of between £368 million to £376 million and EBITDA between £108 million to £111 million.

What they said

Boris Ivesha, CEO of PPHE Hotel Group said: “We are thrilled to have extended our partnership with Radisson Hotel Group, building on our 20-year partnership, providing us with access to their technology platforms, powerful reward programs and development expertise in markets targeted for Art’otel growth.”

Federico González, executive vice chairman of Radisson Hotel Group added: “We are excited to add the premium lifestyle Art’otel brand to our brand portfolio, recognising the strength of the current portfolio and pipeline. We aim to unlock the brand’s potential by leveraging our powerful distribution and support infrastructure while growing the brand in top tier markets around the globe.”
