Bournemouth led the growth in occupancy in the UK for the week ending 2 August, according to STR.
The company reported that all days of the week were seeing occupancy growth, with Friday and Saturday seeing the largest increases.
Bournemouth recorded occupancy of 80%, followed by Plymouth with 80%. London had the lowest with 25%.
ADR across the UK was 30% off on the year.
