Brookfield is buying the Palladium Costa del Sol in Benalmádena from PineBridge Benson Elliot for around €55 million.
The hotel has 336 rooms, including 11 suites. It has two pools, four bars, five restaurants, and a spa.
Benson Elliot, as the company was then known as, bought the Playa Bonita hotel at the end of 2017, signing a management contract with Palladium Hotel Group. It opened as the Palladium Costa del Sol in July 2019.
