OYO Hotels & Homes has appointed Dr W. Steve Albrecht as a non-executive director.
The group said that Albrecht would “help the company strengthen its focus on corporate governance and process improvement at multiple levels”.
Albrecht was the former president of the American Accounting Association and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and has served on the board of various public and private companies such as Red Hat, Cypress SemiConductor, SunPower Corporation, and ICON Health & Fitness.
