Tim Rumney takes over permanently at Best Western GB

Tim Rumney has been appointed full-time CEO of BWH Hotel Group GB, which incorporates Best Western Great Britain and WorldHotels Great Britain, after serving as interim CEO since August.

Rumney has served as chairman of the BWH Hotel Group board for four years and has been a director since 2009, Tim has been at the heart of the organisation during a significant period of expansion and change. 

Rumney, who replaces outgoing CEO Rob Paterson, has operated three hotels in Best Western brands over more than twenty years and has over thirty years’ experience in the hospitality industry including holding senior positions with Forte Hotels in London and elsewhere.
