Aareal Bank has closed a €103 million financing agreement for the Villa Copenhagen Hotel in the Danish capital with the Strawberry Group.
The five-star hotel opened in 2020 and is 50 per cent co-owned with Varner Brothers.
Strawberry Group is one of the largest hotel companies in the Nordics with over 225 hotels at more than 100 destinations across the Nordics. The new deal comes under Aareal’s Green Finance Framework
The 390-room hotel is set in the century-old Central Post and Telegraph Head Office.
