Spain’s Hotusa Group has secured €30 million in financing to help convert the Palacio de la Tinta in Malaga into a five-star hotel.
The Impacto Andalucía Urban Development Fund, managed by Arcano Capital, will contribute €15.5 million.
Morabanc and EBN Banco were also part of the financing syndicate, according to Hosteltur.
The building was formerly the headquarters of the Andalusian Railway Company. It was bought by Hotusa in 2020.
