Located on the beachfront of Conil de la Frontera in Cadiz, the Fergus Conil Park Hotel is a 4-star hotel leased to the Fergus chain. The hotel also comprises several restaurants, gardens, a swimming pool and a mini-club. The other asset sold is a 2,200 sqm office building located at 123 Calle Velazquez in Madrid’s Salamanca district. The asset was refurbished in 2018.
The sales come amid Silicius’ plans to reduce debt, and have resulted in the amortisation of over €25 million of the company’s debt.
