Thank you to all who joined us!

In Sync welcomed over 5,000 industry leaders for two days of discussion, engagement, networking and insight. Cautious optimism prevailed with many calling for a united voice from the sector. Cleanliness protocols will be in abundance as hotels seek to reassure both customers and employees that all is safe. Many have used this time to reflect and expect some streamlining of structures and processes. The pent up demand, particularly from 'forced savers' is expected to burst forth on to domestic markets. Investors are currently drooling over the sector and the line on the relationship between owners, operators and brands is that there is a 'shared pain' with predictions of much consolidation to come.

By focusing steadfastly on delivering content with purpose that informs, motivates and empowers, we hope you enjoyed In Sync: A Virtual Event.
