Archer buys Paris hotel for €87m

Archer Hotel Capital has completed the acquisition of the Royal St Honore hotel in Paris for €87 million from US-based investment firm DigitalBridge, which was previously known as Colony Capital.

The 68-key hotel also includes a retail unit located on the shopping destination Rue St Honore, in the French capital.

The Royal St Honore will be managed by Archer’s operating arm, Archer Hotel Management, which already operates two other properties in the city.

Archer Capital is a joint venture formed by Dutch pension firm APG Group and Singapore-based GIC Real Estate.
