Extendam has acquired the Hilton Garden Inn Sevilla Hotel from Aliseda Inmobiliaria, an entity controlled by funds controlled by Blackstone.
Located in Seville’s Torneo Empresarial business district, the 4-star hotel comprises 140-keys, a restaurant, fitness centre and meeting rooms. In 2023, the hotel underwent a refurbishment of its common areas.
The hotel will be operated by Continuum Hospitality Group. This marks Extendam’s and Continuum’s seventh operation in Spain.
BPCE and CBRE advised on the transaction.
