RedCat Pub Company’s Coaching Inn Group has bought the Forest Park Hotel in Brockenhurst from unnamed private sellers for an undisclosed amount.
The property is located in the New Forest, on the edge of the village of Brockenhurst with 40 en suite bedrooms as well as an inn and restaurant.
RedCat was founded by former Greene King boss Rooney Anand in February 2021 and launched with £200 million of backing from Oaktree Capital and as much as £300 million of bank debt. It bought The Coaching Inn Group, which now has more than 20 properties, for a rumoured £50 million last August.
