Atom Hoteles SOCIMI has acquired the four-star, 213-room Hotel Senator Barcelona from CaixaBank for for €25.5 million.
The property is located in les Corts, next to the Camp Nou and the University of Barcelona.
It is the first post-covid deal for Atom Hoteles.
The company is working on the plan to renovate and reposition the hotel.
GMA and Bankinter Group are both minority shareholders in Atom Hoteles.
