Luxury hotels team join forces for new hospitality management company

Hospitality executives from luxury hotels have teamed up to form hospitality management company Kinsfolk & Co.

The privately owned hospitality management company is led by founder & CEO Paul Brackley, who was previously managing director of The Beaumont Hotel, Mayfair and general manager of the Shangri-La at The Shard London. 

Other members of the team include people & culture director Ninoska Leppard who spent 19 years with Corbin & King and The Beaumont Hotel and eight years at Caprice Holdings; commercial director Rachel Fearon who spent 22 years at Firmdale Hotels and worked at One Aldwych in London; CFO Heymo Nyoni who most recently worked for Standard International; and restaurants & innovations director Stas Anastasiades who worked for Milsom Hotels and Restaurants for 20 years.

With a pipeline already in place, Kinsfolk will launch three luxury boutique hotels, two in central London and one in Europe. The first London property will open in Fitzrovia in 2024, and the second in Westminster in 2026.

The company has a complete end-to-end management offering, which features a range of vertical services, from advisory, asset management, concept creation and design guidelines through to operations.

This marks the entry of a new player into the luxury hospitality scene, which aims to be a one-stop solution for potential clients and partners. The team behind Kinsfolk & Co bring decades of experience from renowned luxury hotels and organizations and the company has clear and immediate plans for growth, as indicated by the pipeline of three luxury boutique hotels, two in sought-after locations in London and one in Europe.
