Important Information Regarding R&R
At Questex, we have been following the developments of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic ever since it was first announced, particularly in relation to the upcoming edition of the Resort & Residential Hospitality Forum (R&R), which was scheduled to take place at the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort in Portugal from the 19th to 21st October 2020.
Due to the COVID-19 circumstances, we are disappointed to announce that we have been forced to cancel the 2020 edition of R&R. Our thoughts go out to everyone who has been affected by the current situation and our number one priority remains keeping our entire community safe. It has been an incredibly challenging period for us all, but we are filled with hope and optimism for the future.
Whilst we are disappointed we are unable to bring the industry together face-to-face this Fall, we invite you to join us at our virtual event to be held 12th and 13th November 2020 to help you stay connected, offering our sector the chance to come together, to enjoy outstanding content and to connect with peers, network with colleagues and meet new partners. More information will be released over the coming weeks but we’re hard at work creating a valuable and informative event.
Solidarity With Hospitality
As the platform that connects you, the hospitality industry, we’re determined to continue to do this, before, during and after the crisis. As we continue to monitor the situation in relation to travel, accessibility and physical meetings please know we are working hard to deliver an exceptional R&R experience later this year. We promise to keep you updated on how this looks and feels and encourage you to stay connected by signing up to our weekly newsletter for articles, interviews, podcasts and videos to inform, equip and even entertain you during this time.
R&R is the perfect place for you to meet face-to-face with over 400 of your industry peers and form new partnerships that could transform your business. R&R attracts an international audience of senior figures and decision-makers involved in all aspects of hospitality real estate and infrastructure investment within the resort and residential space.
Part of the International Hospitality Investment Forum (IHIF) series, the Resort & Residential Hospitality Forum (R&R) offers a meeting place for the industry to network, to share ideas and to build partnerships for tourism projects, mixed-use developments and hotel transactions. The new name reflects both a broadening the geographical reach of the conference as well as an expansion of the event to include much more content around the residential aspect of this area of the industry. Both of these changes reflect feedback from loyal supporters of the event over its six year history and allows the forum to better serve the market.
Resort and residential hospitality projects are a major attraction for investors in search of new opportunities but, by their mixed-use nature, they are complex and diverse requiring expert guidance, honest advice and supportive associates. R&R provides hospitality investors and key market stakeholders a complete overview of different investment climates, regulatory frameworks and development opportunities, as well as the chance to meet partners, to showcase projects and to do the deals that will help shape growth across the industry.
Whether you are an investor, developer, operator or adviser, R&R is the perfect place for you to meet face-to-face with over 400 of your industry peers and form new partnerships that could transform your business. R&R attracts an international audience of senior figures and decision-makers involved in all aspects of hospitality real estate and infrastructure investment within the resort and residential space.
